Ordering from us is easy. Simply add the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart as you browse the site. You will automatically be directed to a secure shopping basket where you can update quantities if desired, or return to continue shopping.  At no point do we ask for your credit card details.


Currently, we accept payment via PayPal

When you check out you will be forwarded to the PayPal website to verify your credentials and complete your purchase. At no time do we have access to your financial/credit card details.




Orders up to and including a value of £40.00 incur a flat shipping charge of £2.99 and will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For Delivery.

Orders over £40.00 in value incur a flat shipping charge of £10.00 and will be sent via DHL Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery at our discretion.


Orders up to and including a value of £40.00 incur a flat shipping charge of £10.00 and will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery.

Orders over £40.00 incur a shipping charge of £32.00 (Australia/New Zealand £45.00) and will be sent via DHL Express.


We will only deliver to the PayPal or Credit Card account holder’s billing address.


Customers from outside the United Kingdom (INCLUDING THOSE IN THE EU) may be subject to VAT / Duty dependent upon their country.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay them if they are charged.

If you are in any doubt, please consult your local Customs Office to determine if, and by how much you might be charged when your order arrives in your country.


Our Returns Policy is governed by the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you feel that the item you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a refund or exchange.

Should you contact us outside of the above time limit, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee as determined by the Regulations above. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, hang tags or labels must not have been tampered with or removed. It must also be in the original packaging.

For a refund or exchange, the watch must not have been worn, altered or damaged in any way; this includes removal of bracelet links and protective stickers and all supplied paperwork and accessories must be included. Any item supplied to special order is excluded from this returns policy.

The Regulations allow us to make a deduction from a refund should the value of the goods have been reduced due to excessive handling by you. Normal and allowable handling would equate to viewing and considering the goods in a shop.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty. If you upgraded the shipping method at time of purchase we cannot guarantee to refund this. Returns are sent to us at your risk; we therefore advise that you use a trackable, insured method of delivery to ensure that we receive the returned goods safely.

Items returned under the returns policy should be clearly marked “Goods returned to merchant under warranty”. We will refuse delivery on COD items or any package which attracts customs duty because it has not been correctly marked.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods and we will initiate the refund.

Returned sale items remain the same value as when purchased. You cannot return a sale item to be refunded for the pre-sale price.
